用途與特點 The use and characteristics

1、适用于闆式家具、實木地(dì)闆、平面門、工藝品、竹木窗簾等進行底漆砂光。本機機身重量大，整機都經過熱處理(lǐ)，強度高(gāo)，穩定性好，主要元件使用美國(guó)、日本及台灣的(de)知名品牌零件，精密度高(gāo)，使用壽命長(cháng)。砂光厚度采用電腦定厚，調節更為(wèi)精準方便。

◇  Suitable for plate furniture, solid wood flooring, flat doors, crafts, bamboo curtain and so on for primer sanding. The machine has high weight, heat treatment, high strength and good stability. The main components use famous brands in USA, Japan and Taiwan 
, which has high precision and long service life. The thickness of sanding is fixed by computer, and the adjustment is more accurate and convenient. 

2、膠輥采用進口20-40度天然耐磨損橡膠，砂光轉速變頻調節，适用各種油漆的(de)特性，并且能有效消除橫紋白邊現象。

◇   It adopts imported 20-40 degrees natural wear-resistant rubber and sanding speed frequency conversion regulation, which is suitable for all kinds of paint characteristics, and can effectively eliminate the phenomenon of white stripes. 

3、原料輸送采用壓靴帶壓輥結構，誤差少，精度高(gāo)。

◇   The raw material conveying adopts the pressure boot belt roller structure, which has  less error and high precision .  

4、機身采用鋼闆折彎焊接，重量大，運轉穩定。

◇   The fuselage adopts the steel plate bending welding. The weight is big and the operation is stable.

5、工作台的(de)升降采用四柱式升降機構，誤差少，精度高(gāo)。

◇   The worktable adopts four-column lifting mechanism with low error and high precision. 

6、抛光輸送結構能有效清除砂削時留下的(de)痕迹，提高(gāo)塗裝油漆後表面效果。

◇   The polishing conveying structure can effectively remove the marks left when the sand is cut, and improve the surface effect after painting the paint
