用途與特點 The use and characteristics

1、本機器适用于使用UV漆平面塗裝後的(de)瞬間幹燥。

◇   This machine is suitable for instant drying after coating with UV paint.

2、設有自(zì)動定位裝置，方便生産。

◇   It is equipped with automatic positioning device, convenient for production.

3、操作人員隻需1個甚至調整後沒有人也行，減少人力，降低(dī)生産成本。

◇   The operation personnel only need one or even no one after the adjustment. It can reduce the manpower and the production cost.

4、本機可(kě)直接連接塗布機或淋幕機，塗裝後成品直接幹燥，免除搬運的(de)麻煩，省時省人力。

◇   The machine can be directly connected to the printing machine or shower curtain machine and 

     the finished products can be dried directly after painting, which eliminating the trouble of handling, saving time and manpower.

5、可(kě)以使塗裝物表面硬度提高(gāo)，色澤亮(liàng)麗。

◇   It can improve the surface hardness and bright color. 

6、适合于實木闆、複合闆、鋼闆、建材、皮革等使用UV塗料之後幹燥。

◇   It is suitable for solid wood board, composite board, steel plate, building materials, leather and other use of UV paint after drying.
