Features of the Aluminum Alloy Cylinders from Jaiway:
Our company specializes in the cylinders manufacture. We have been manufacturing the cylinders for 8 years. Most of our products are sold well to the high-level markets and even to the foreign countries. The cylinders from our company are made of dual-metal cylinder blocks (that is, the cast iron cylinder liner is enchased on the aluminum cylinder block). With its aesthetic appearance, exact machining sizes and outstanding performance, it is appraised by assembling manufacturers.
A. Material Guarantee
Cylinder service life will directly affects engine service life, so choose the suitable material is particularly important.
1,Cylinder liner: the material of the cylinder sleeve of our most products is coral-shaped outer circular boron casting iron, with the centrifugal casting technology from Singer Company in USA. Its performances and features are shown as follows:
(1) Microstructure: A or B-type graphite, length of 4-6 level, fine pearlite, 6-8% scattered or intermittent reticular boron carbide, less than 5% of ferrite.
(2) Hardness: HRB93-100, hardness difference is HRB5.
(3) Tensile strength: more than 250Mpa.
(4) High temperature resistance: with the ambient temperature of 120℃ for continuous 72 hours, the maximum variance of the inner bore is 0.005mm and the maximum variance rate is 0.009%.
(5) Wear-resistant: after 200 hours of the durability test, its difference of the worn amount is 0.015 mm.
(6) Strong adhesion force (enchasing capacity): As the exterior of the cylinder liner is of coral shape, which is covered with micropores, the aluminum metal is fully infiltrated into the micropores and thus firmly combined with the cast iron cylinder liner surface during the block manufacturing (aluminum die casting) process. Such attaching rate is generally 100% which is far higer than 85%--90%, the requirement for double metal joints in JB/T6006 standards of “Technical Conditions of Air Cooling Cylinder Liner of Internal Combustion Engine". With the super strong combination of cylinder liner and aluminum metal, the whole engine is completely free of looseness and reduced thermal diffusivity in the process of running. The axial pressure is more than 180KN, and the radial pull is more than 40KN after die casting.
(7) Higher thermal diffusivity: the thermal diffusive effect is directly proportional to the surface of cast iron cylinder liner and the contacting area of aluminum block. The greater the area is, the better the thermal diffusive effect will be. The outer circular surface of he cylinder liner used by our company is uneven in the coral shape, which is completely different with the general concept of crude surface. Comparing the coral-shape outer circular cylinder liner with the concave & convex groove outer circular cylinder liner, if calculating its area by spreading the outer circular surface, the former will be 0.4-0.8 times bigger than the latter.
2,Aluminum
Our cylinder body uses ADC12 aluminum, made in the South Sea Dali known as " Chinese Leading Area for Aluminum Producing". To ensure its performance, we have strict requirements on various chemical elements.

C. Quality Guarantee
Our company has passed the qualification of ISO 9002 Quality Certification System in June, 2000, and the qualification of ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System in December, 2002. During the whole work flow, we adopt such methods as the polling check, the self check, the cross test, spot test, and total test as to control product quality. All products must be checked several times before delivery.
